A medida est\u00e1 no projeto de lei 2.131\/07, aprovado pela C\u00e2mara dos Deputados na quarta-feira, dia 9, e inclui empr\u00e9stimo para servidores p\u00fablicos federais e celetistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apresentado pelo ex-deputado Edgar Moury (MDB-PE), o projeto, que ainda ser\u00e1 votado no Senado, protege opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras como empr\u00e9stimos, financiamentos, cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito, cart\u00f5es consignados de benef\u00edcios e arrendamentos mercantis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O cr\u00e9dito consignado \u00e9 um empr\u00e9stimo que tem desconto direto no benef\u00edcio ou sal\u00e1rio de quem contrata. Com isso, o risco de calote \u00e9 praticamente nulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
